OUR MISSION

If these was anything that growing breasts, widening hips and periods taught me, it was that becoming a woman is anything but simple. Puberty is a punch to the stomach, and the realisation that people see me as an adult and not a child anymore is still as shocking now as it was when I first discovered it age sixteen or seventeen. I'm now twenty two. 
Stories For Women is the shared and collaborative experience of everything that comes with a vagina. This is not an anti-male page solely for street harassment stories, for memoirs and poems that are against the crimes of men against the female sex. They will feature, of course, but mostly, this is a mix of tales affected by all the individuals who told them. Everyone is welcome here. It is a space to be heard and a space to share, and to bask in what it is to be a woman, right now.
